All I have to say is that house hunting freaking SUCKS!! we finally got around to actually finding time to start the process, we have been busy since June it just barely got settled down. I got on line on a few different websites and wrote down the house we wanted to look at and we got hooked up with a great realtor. Last night was the first time we looked at house and boy we looked, all together we walked through 9 houses, we had the boys with us but they only lasted through 5 and then we were lucky to have Uncle Jer and Aunt Kelli come pick them up so we could finish, we got home around 9:45(yuck!). Well we kinda liked 2 of the 9 houses but we want to keep looking. I never knew that this house hunting thing would be so stressful, it's like you want to take a little bit from each house that you like and mush it into one, it was like this one house was great but the yard sucked and the location or like this one was really nice and I liked until I walked out onto this tiny square of a porch high from the ground with no stairs and no back yard, we look over and it's the same for the neighbors but they had put a slide from there porch so that their kids could get to the back yard(how crazy is that?). Seriously this is giving me a headache but it's got to get done, I want time to find a good house make repairs if needed and get all settled in before the baby comes.
YIKES!!!

So exciting! Congrats on your house hunting adventures, hope you find something soon! Did I mention all the houses for sale in our neigbhorhood?
Hey Miranda. I jumped on your blog from Tiff's. I love it. Very cute. Your boys are so CUTE. I haven't seen them in forever. Congrats on the upcomping baby, I hadn't heard That's awesome!! I'm sure you've already been pre-qualified for the whole house thing, but just so you know. I am a licensed loan officer for Cardinal Mortgage and would love to help if you find a home you like. I've been doing it for about 2 1/2 years--I'm sure I can get ya pretty good rate or at least answer any questions you might have. Just let me know--I'l love to help. Here's my cell if you do 597-4528. I'll have to keep checking out your blog, it's so flippin cute!
Oh sorry--one more thing. I don't know what your price range is, but my husband Chris, his sister Nikki is selling her home. It's pretty cute. They built it like 3 years ago and it has a nice, level flat backyard, 3 bedrooms, 2baths, and the basement is like 70% finished (I think) for $260-270. Just so ya know. I know how crazy house hunting can get!
Good luck, but don't find one too far away! I would die. Let me know when you are going next so I can watch your kids.
I don't envy you! Where area are you looking in? It will happen and you'll know the house you want when you see it!
i'm so SAD!!! I know this day has been coming, but I want you to stay here. Maybe we'll just have to follow you wherever you go.
House hunting is a lot of work. Ryan and I took a long time to find our house. There are still things that I think "hmmm I wish I had this or that." It is hard but you'll find the house for you. I hope you find one you like. Remember there are a lot of houses in our neighborhood. Also just to let you know Meg's sister-in-law Nikki lives kinda by us, but in a different neighborhood. So they were built around the same time. It's a nice house. Good luck!
It can be SO stressful. Just know, that when the right house shows up everything will work out so easily! I am sad to see you leave, it is so nice to have you so close. No worries, we'll still hang out lots:)
