Welcome Home Bryce

My brother graduated from the Army over the week and come home yesterday so we went to the airport to see him. I had the boys get him a army bear from build a bear and we made a welcome home sign, I thought I had a couple minutes to spare and ran quickly to the restroom but as I can out I noticed Dan talking to someone(they were covered by a pillar) and realized I missed him coming off the plane, I was so sad and happy to see him at the same time I just started crying. It was so good to see him and nice to have him home for a couple weeks before he leaves to Kansas to do more training and this he will leave for Iraq sometime in October. I can't even tell you how proud we are of him, he has grown up so much since all of this has started.

We Love you Bryce!!

Girls camp(2)

I made it back in once piece from hanging out with teenage girls for a week. I had a lot of fun and that had to do a lot with the fact that we stayed in nice cabins, had running water, bathrooms and showers. I'm not a huge fan when it come to camping but I made it through this one. The stake leaders that were in charge did an amazing job and kept all of us entertained the whole time.

The first day we arrived at camp they had the girls do a challenge course where is was a 25-foot high, in-harness activity. Each of the challenge courses has a unique high ropes aerial activity which could include a 2-line traverse 25 feet above the ground, a 200 foot zip line and rappelling. After all the girls we done they let the leader try it and for some odd reason I really wanted to do it, and for me that was weird because I'm a huge wuss and never do that kind of stuff but I did and it was awesome but scary at the same time, my mouth was so dry and I was shaking as I was going across I didn't even want to breath or swallow but I made it and I will never do it again. We also went to Legacy Lake and had a great time with the canoes and paddle boats. All in all it was a great camping trip. I don't have any pictures to post because I didn't take my camera.

My 3 year old is married

Earlier today my boys were out side playing with Malia(second cousin) just running around and being silly kids. After a little while they started pulling a punch of leaves of a tree and were talking going to the temple to get married(this would be Malia and Jordan) so Jen and I just sat there and listened to them talk about "getting married", so they came walking up the sidewalk holding hands and I asked Jordan: where are you going? he said we going to the temple to see Jesus and get married, I was laughing so hard they were so adorable. After "going to the temple"(the big tree was there temple) they would run away from each other and yell 'I'm married!! I'm married!! I thought is was so cute so I just had to take a couple pictures. Aren't kids hilarious??

Vacation

Yeah!!!! I'm leaving tomorrow to visit my wonderful sister and my two adorable nephews Landon and Kobe in Georgia. My awesome husband booked this trip back in December for a Christmas present, now it has grown to having my dad and friend Crystol join the vacation and I can't even tell you how excited we all are. I haven't seen my sister since November so it's time. My dad has a earlier flight then Crystol and I but he will just wait for us until we get there and then we will head out the the Atlanta Braves vs. Marlins baseball game, we have a few other things planned as well. I'm most looking forward to only have to worry about myself, please don't get me wrong I love my kids and husband tremendously but it really will be nice to relax. I'm so grateful that my husband booked this trip for me and is willing to take time off of work so I can have a good time( you are awesome babe). I will blog my trip when I get back.
